Such a humble personality. Dr Harshal is very much professional and humble, During times of panic also he has always comforted and explained things in a better way so that patients does not panic or get worried. His medications are very much accurate and will ease very quickly. I will always recommend Dr Harshal to my known circle as his medicines works well and we feel better in a day or two.

The doctor's service is fine. However the services of the assistants at the Eastpoint clinic were horrible when i visited recently. First , they didn't send me the digital MC despite me chasing them many times. Simply gave a 1 liner response and did not make attempts to follow up despite several tries from my side to tell them that the MC was not received. Then, they did not note down the insurance details properly and called me repeatedly a few days later ( 1 person called me and within 5 mins later, another person from the same clinic called) to request for the insurance details that they had forgotten to collect at registration. No matter how good the doctor is, if faced with such service associates with no sense of empathy when dealing with patients, i will give this clinic a miss and NOT RECOMMEND anyone to go there, unless u are very desperate.

Excellent assistance from all staff and both Dr Anand and Dr Harshal are very patient, compassionate and helpful, they understand our concerns even before we tell them and explained everything which calms our worries. You wont feel being rushed at all as you feel they sincerely are helping you. The staff all are very kind and helpful with our queries and followups and they clearly provide information we need.
